Responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment in all areas of the plant.

Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment that has failed.Maintain equipment to insure a trouble-free operation.Perform repairs in a quick and safe manner.Report any unusual machine action or noise.Complete equipment preventive maintenance activities to maximize plant up time. Qualifications High School Diploma or GEDMechanical aptitude & basic electrical knowledgeWelding skillsAbility to read technical writing and schematicsMath skillsKnowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic principlesExperience in alignment and power transmissionProficient with hand and power toolsFire and chemical hazard knowledgeExperience working on high bay overhead crane
