Mécanicien de Chantier
Introduction:
Nous recherchons un mécanicien de chantier pour rejoindre notre équipe de service sur le terrain. Vous serez responsable de l'exécution des activités liées à la réparation, à l'entretien et à l'installation des équipements de procédés miniers.
Ce poste est principalement situé à Lachine, Québec ou à Sudbury, Ontario. Cependant, cela représente jusqu'à 70% des déplacements sur les chantiers, y compris pour des périodes prolongées.
Équipe à laquelle vous appartiendrez:
Vous rejoindrez une équipe d’experts en service sur le terrain, dédiés à la réparation, à la maintenance et à l’installation des équipements de traitement minier de Metso. Notre culture d’équipe consiste à résoudre et à faire avancer les choses. Les membres de notre équipe se trouvent dans divers endroits et se coordonnent avec les interfaces avec l'équipe des opérations, le responsable de l'équipe d'administration/comptabilité/support des services sur le terrain.
Ce que vous ferez :
• Avant d'arriver sur le terrain, étudiez, planifiez et préparez le travail sur le terrain en fonction de l'étendue détaillée des travaux, des dessins, des procédures de l'entreprise, des instructions spécifiques, de la main-d'œuvre, etc.
• Sous la direction technique du représentant ou du superviseur du service Metso, effectuer diverses tâches et exécuter le travail (remplacement mécanique, maintenance et composants d'usure).
• Doit être capable de lire et de comprendre des impressions/dessins de base pour garantir l'exactitude du travail effectué.
• Résoudre les problèmes mécaniques et aider aux actions correctives et aux réparations.
• Effectue d'autres tâches diverses et/ou d'autres projets spéciaux selon les besoins.
Qui êtes-vous :
• 5 ans d'expérience en tant que mécanicien/mécanicien de chantier, idéalement sur des broyeurs, des concasseurs et d'autres machines de traitement.
• Certification de mécanicien de chantier ou expérience équivalente.
• Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais. Le français, oral et écrit est un plus.
• Capacité de lire et de comprendre des dessins mécaniques dans les systèmes anglais et métrique pour garantir l'exactitude du travail effectué.
• Connaissance informatique de base (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Millwright
Introduction:
We are seeking a Millwright to join our Field Service team. You will be responsible of the execution of activities related to the repair, maintenance, and installation of mining process equipment.
This position is mainly located in Lachine, Quebec or Sudbury, Ontario. However, it involves up to 70% of travel to job sites including for extended periods.

You will join a team of Field service experts dedicated to the repair, maintenance, and installation of Metso’s mining process equipment.
Our team culture is all about solving and getting things done. The members in our team are in various locations and coordinate with Interfaces with Operations Team, Manager of Administration/Accounting/Field Service Support team.
What you’ll do:
Prior to arrival at a field assignment, study, plan, and prepare for field work based on the detailed scope of work, drawings, company procedures, specific instructions, manpower, etc. Under the technical guidance of Metso service representative or supervisor perform various tasks and execute the work (Mechanical, maintenance and wear component replacement. Must be able to read and understand basic prints/drawings to ensure accuracy of work performed. Troubleshoot mechanical problems and assist with corrective action and repairs. Performs other miscellaneous duties and/or other special projects as required.
Who you are:
5 years of experience as a Millwright/Mechanic, ideally on grinding mills, crushers, as well as other process machinery. Millwright certification or equivalent experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. French, oral and written is a plus. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings in the English and Metric System to ensure accuracy of work performed. Basic computer knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel)
