**Job Title: Millwright**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Millwright to join our team in a heavy industrial setting. The successful candidate will perform mechanical maintenance and welding on industrial machines and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform mechanical maintenance on industrial machines and equipment.
+ Execute welding tasks as required to repair and maintain equipment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to understand machinery layout and specifications.
+ Perform preventive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently.
+ Utilize hand tools and fabrication skills to repair and maintain equipment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in welding techniques and practices.
+ Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex industrial machinery.
+ Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints.
+ Skilled in the use of hand tools and fabrication methods.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in industrial maintenance is required.

**Work Environment**
This position involves working in a heavy industrial setting with exposure to various machinery and equipment. The work environment requires adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The role may involve shift work and requires physical stamina and dexterity.
