**Job Title: Millwright** **_We are seeking a skilled Millwright responsible for completing scheduled maintenance activities and supporting operations by repairing equipment as required._** **Responsibilities** + Work on equipment such as cranes, conveyors, ovens - hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical. + Perform preventative and predictive maintenance. + Document maintenance and work in CMMS. + Review daily work assignments. + Complete all pre-shift equipment checks. + Follow SOPs, Safe Work Practices, and comply with company work rules. + Attend all departmental meetings and participate in housekeeping requirements. + Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives. + Work in a safety-sensitive environment with mobile equipment and overhead cranes. + Stand for extended periods in a physically demanding job. + Read blueprints - both AutoCAD and physical prints + Perform troubleshooting (50% of the time), preventative maintenance (35% of the time), and project work (remaining time). + Use software program FIIX for daily work orders. + Manage 300+ work orders generated daily by the plant. **Essential Skills** + 2-3 years of experience as a Millwright in a manufacturing environment. + 2+ years of Preventative Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Repair experience. + Ability to troubleshoot and assess equipment. + Strong command of English, both written and verbal. + Ability to document and create SOPs. + Experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Blueprint Reading, Hydraulics, Welding, Pneumatics, and Industrial Fabrication. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Some welding (MIG) and Fabrication experience. + Experience with CMMS. + Red Seal certification (preferred but not required). **Why Work Here?** We offer a range of benefits including $150 safety shoe reimbursement per year, up to 4% matching RRSP after 6 months, immediate medical and dental coverage, annual salary reviews, and 3 weeks of vacation once permanent. We are looking to expand our team over the next 1-2 years. **Available Shifts** + 6:30am - 3pm OR + 2:30pm - 11pm + Availability to work holidays if shutdown maintenance is required.
