**Job Title: Millwright** Job Description: We are seeking skilled Millwrights to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of materials, including ductwork, large walk-in freezers, grease hoods, cabinets, countertops, lighting, and wall panels. Ideal candidates will possess strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with various power and basic tools, and the ability to read a tape measure up to 1/16th of an inch. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of new construction experience in any field. You will collaborate closely with a team of five in a dynamic new construction environment. **Responsibilities:** + Install ductwork, large walk-in freezers, grease hoods, cabinets, countertops, lighting, and wall panels. + Utilize a range of power tools and basic tools efficiently. + Accurately read and interpret tape measures up to 1/16th of an inch. + Work collaboratively with a team of five in a new construction setting. + Travel to and from project sites, including overnight stays as needed. **Essential Skills:** + Strong mechanical aptitude. + Proficiency with power tools and basic tools. + Ability to read a tape measure up to 1/16th of an inch. + Minimum of 2 years of new construction experience. + Willingness to perform various construction tasks, especially ductwork. + Ownership of power tools and basic tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Ability to read blueprints. **Why Work Here?** + Join a growing company with significant expansion plans over the next few years. Job Type & Location: This is a contract position based in New Holland, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
