**Job Title: Millwright** **Job Description** We are currently seeking experienced millwrights for an expansion project at a major facility. The millwrights will be responsible for installing conveyor systems in a new construction environment. This role involves reading blueprints, laying out materials, and utilizing power tools to assemble conveyors. Candidates must have at least 3 years of verified MIG welding experience. Some tasks will require the use of an Aerial Lift to install racking and other materials. Candidates should be prepared to work 6 to 7 days a week and 10+ hour days for the duration of the project. **Responsibilities** + Install conveyor systems in a new construction environment. + Read and interpret blueprints. + Lay out materials and utilize power tools to assemble conveyors. + Perform MIG welding tasks. + Use an Aerial Lift to install racking and other materials. + Adhere to all safety standards and ensure a safe work area. + Perform housekeeping and general cleanup duties. + Operate power tools correctly. + Work 58+ hour work weeks. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years’ experience with conveyor and/or sortation installations. + At least 3 years of MIG welding experience. + OSHA 10 Certification. + Ability to pass a drug screen. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 40 ft. + Own basic hand tools and steel-toed safety shoes. + Ability to stand or walk on concrete or steel grating for an entire shift. + Detail-oriented. + Reliable transportation. + Good communication skills. + Good attitude. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of hydraulics. + Experience with structural steel and iron work. + Ability to operate a boom lift. **Why Work Here?** This is one of the largest projects we have partnered on, offering consistent hours and opportunities for growth.
