**Job Title: Millwright** **Job Description** As a Millwright, you will follow blueprints and company plans to set up or take down equipment such as chillers, grinders, mixers, high-speed packaging machinery, conveyors, and compressors. You will troubleshoot and fix any issues with machinery to ensure smooth operations, perform regular checks and maintenance on electrical systems to prevent breakdowns, ensure all electrical work meets safety standards and regulations, and keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work. **Responsibilities** + Following blueprints and company plans to set up or take down equipment (chillers, grinders, mixers, high-speed packaging machinery, conveyors, compressors, etc.) + Troubleshooting and fixing any issues with machinery to ensure smooth operations + Performing regular checks and maintenance on electrical systems to prevent breakdowns + Ensuring all electrical work meets safety standards and regulations + Keeping detailed records of maintenance and repair work **Essential Skills** + 2+ years as a licensed millwright in the food industry (meat environment is an asset) + Troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on industrial food machinery + Experience with hand tools and power tools (own tools) + 433A certification + Experience with repair, hydraulics, mechanical, installation, pneumatics, power tools, and conveyor maintenance **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + PLC experience (Allen Bradley, Siemens) + Stainless steel / TIG welding + Skyjack license **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including dental care, disability insurance, extended health care, life insurance, and vision care. **Work Environment** You will work in a temperature-controlled environment with a meat odor. Some areas have water mist in them, and while the environment is noisy, it is not overbearing.
