Requirements:
Valid industrial Millwright License Completed Millwright Apprenticeship Ability to obtain structural Welding certificate. Operate hoisting and lifting devices, such as cranes, jacks and tractors to position machinery and parts during the installation, set-up, and repair of machinery, Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery. Install, remove, troubleshoot, and repair bucket elevator and conveyor systems. Bearing lubrication, application, removal, and installation processes Work from service manuals Inspect, troubleshoot, and identify problems with gear drives. Inspect, troubleshoot, and identify problems with Hydraulic/pneumatic systems. Excellent written/oral communication skills Welding, cutting, brazing using different techniques and with different metals Hoisting and Rigging knowledge required. Identify, select, and inspect proper techniques. Knowledge of Pneumatic components and systems Basic understanding and troubleshooting knowledge of pumps, fans, blowers, compressors Ability to read and follow blueprints, diagrams, schematics, work procedures
