KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
A. Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
B. Establish and adjust work sequences to meet schedule, using knowledge of capacities of equipment and assigned personnel
C. Assist with schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for completion of job
D. Analyze and resolve work problems
E. Ensure crew timecards are filled out and turned in
F. Make cost estimates for contracts
G. May operate machinery
H. Manage crew while receiving and offloading all major components and erecting them
I. Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
J. Lead team members by example, offer effective coaching and feedback, and effectively manage performance
K. All other duties as assigned
