Research & analyse companiesCreate investment rationalesBuild valuation modelsMake stock recommendations for the Japan equity portfolios

Required Skills & Experiences:

Minimum 5+years of experience in either buy or sell side of equites researchFluency in English & JapaneseCFA charterholder or equivalentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work well independently

Internal Guidelines about Work from Home:

Working from home is welcomed unless it significantly impacts work performance.

Over time:

Ranges based on seasonality.

Salary:

Based on our Work Rules, we will consider your experience, skills and knowledge when we decide the salary.

Commutation allowance and Variable Incentive Bonus are paid based on our Work Rules.

Working Hours:

Standard Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm 

(Include 1 hour break. Flextime system available)
