*Reporting to the Mine Maintenance Superintendent, you will be part of the Mobile Maintenance Department. You will be responsible for providing support to the Mobile Maintenance team by being accountable for directing the workforce in daily electrical maintenance activities for all mining and mobile equipment, while ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory procedures. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Oversee and provide expertise for all electrical activities related to mining and mobile equipment maintenance; Lead and coach team members in the achievement of maintenance safety and productivity targets; Develop and implement standards and procedures that meet all statutory and regulatory requirements; Assist in the preparation of maintenance operating cost forecasts, budgets, and monthly maintenance reports; Schedule and plan electrical maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and reduce downtime. *Reporting to the Mine Maintenance Superintendent, you will be part of the Mobile Maintenance Department.
