About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Minibar Attendant to join us Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support the team in reaching common goals, and address employees' concerns appropriately. Complete daily activities by adhering to departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure controlled and consistent service delivery. Follow all relevant health, safety, and environment procedures to provide luxurious and safe hospitality services to guests. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, delivering a high level of service excellence to guests. Act as an effective link between the kitchen and service areas to ensure smooth operations and maintain service standards. Ensure guests have an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience by welcoming and acknowledging them according to company standards. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned station and work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures. Provide hands-on support to chefs and the Assistant Outlet Manager in all areas of their duties, ensuring efficient operations. Complete closing duties, including storing reusable goods, cleaning equipment and areas, restocking items, and completing the daily cleaning checklist. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.About You:
