Job Description Primary responsibilities:
Ensures the proper and timely distribution of guest room Mini bar restocking as per standardsRespects all guest preferences and habitsMaintains Mini bar cleanliness in outside and surrounding areas at all times according to our SOP'sEnsure that the mini bars and supporting equipment is in excellent working conditionReports any defects to the office coordinator immediately, follow up for immediate solution and assist with replacement if neededAccommodates the guest by ordering a refrigerator from the housekeeping department if additional chill space is needed for their personal food and beverage itemsEnsures a fully stocked inventory of all mini bar items at appropriate par levelsEnsures all receiving / stored goods are fresh, in good condition and not outdatedEnsure all outdated and damaged goods are recorded and marked accordingly in conjunction with department proceduresPerform other duties as required
