Overview of the role
We are looking for passionate Minibar Attendant who will be responsible for the receipt and delivery of the Guest Room Minibar Service in accordance with the standards.
Key accountabilities
To perform the operations of the Guest Room Minibar Service according to The Peninsula service standards.
To check the daily arrival, accommodation and amenity lists and to ensure that the correct amenities are delivered.
To follow The Peninsula standards when entering and leaving the guest room.
To be aware of master card usage and report any complications to their supervisors.
To provide a friendly but measured and unobtrusive service in the guest rooms.
General Requirements
With at least 1 year experience of the same position College graduate Pleasing, polite, neat Excellent public relations and communication skills. Able to communicate well with all guests, fellow employees Knowledgeable in Minibar service
