Mining Engineer Intern

Summer intern to assist with the quality control responsibilities through out the ECPA area. Areas of responsibility will include running gradations to verify material stays with in specification, reporting of all gradation results, any changes that need to be made with operations if gradation results deviate from specification, identify geological areas of the quarries and help to map them out and to step in and perform any other quality control responsibilities that might come up.

What You'll Be Doing

Put your education into action in the field to support and participate in assigned project work.Support the plant operations in achieving production goals while partnering with experienced engineers, managers, and production employees in different departments.Complete technical projects to gain an understanding of the operations of a quarry or aggregate site.Learn the mission of the production, maintenance, and quality departments and different job and functions.Ensures compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
