About the Role

Assess inpatient hospitalization and outpatient claims from Group policyholders as per stipulated benchmarks and requirements.

Responsible to assess and pay the outpatient and inpatient hospitalization claims, which sometimes exceed authority limit.Meet department and individual quality target, turnaround time and productivity benchmark.Ensure all special account policy is attended and resolved within the agreed timeline.Assisting team members within the team when required.   Assist on general administration and any special allocated tasks as and when required.Seek to understand rationale with facts for better claim's analysis.

Requirements

Education qualification in Biomedical, Health Science, Biology, Medicine, Nursing or related fieldsSound knowledge of medical terms and claimsAt least 2 years of inpatient reimbursement claims processing experience is an advantageMandarin language proficiency will be an added advantageGood communication skillSelf-motivated and customer focusedSound problem solving skill
