Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MIS Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of office network infrastructure and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain office network infrastructure and systems, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs, and asset inventory list(both software and hardware)Monitor and maintain the performance and security of the office network, including responding to incidents and resolving issuesDevelop and maintain documentation related to network infrastructure, policies, and proceduresWork with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and implement technology solutions that meet those requirementsCollaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to office network infrastructure and systemsIdentify opportunities to improve network infrastructure and system performance, and implement solutions to address those opportunitiesStay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to network infrastructure and systemsTo coordinate and align with headquarter on the IT policies enforcementTo support and replace EOS, EOL, or non-functioning devices

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining office network infrastructure and systemsIn-depth knowledge of network infrastructure technologies, including LAN, WAN, and VPNFamiliarity with network security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus softwareAbility to patch popular OS used by team members, such as Microsoft Windows, MacOS, Linux and etcAbility to patch popular browser software used by team members, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozzila Firefox, Safari, Opera and etcAbility to troubleshoot and resolve network issuesAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality network infrastructure and systems

Bonus Skills:

Certification in network infrastructure, such as CCNA or CCNPKnowledge of network monitoring and management tools, such as Nagios or SolarWindsExperience in a similar role, designing and implementing network infrastructure and systems for an office environment
