Extracting data from internal and external data source Working on daily monthly reports Publishing the report to internal management team and also external client Maintaining of historical data as defined in the process 1. Proactively interact with multiple internal/external stakeholders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for requirements and support required. 2. Analyze data and reports from various sources and provide actionable insights and suggestions. 3. Responsible to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports and send it to customer on a daily basis 4. Downloading data from client portal & sharing in a specific requested format 5. Work as per the client requirement & adapt the changes based on instructions 6. Maintaining TAT/SLA of sharing Reports to the Client at all times. 7. Prepare Adhoc reports based on the requirements from the stakeholders. 8. Identify the opportunities of automating on the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros and other techniques . 9. Consolidate, sort, organize and summarize data using basic mathematical operations 10. Evaluate current processes and procedures and identify issues along with the solution 11 Interpret data and metrics using charts, tables and other graphics in Microsoft Excel (primarily) and Power Point Good working knowledge of computer i.e., MS-Office Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills. Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach. Expert knowledge of service procedures Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers. College Graduate/2 years college undergraduate of any field 1 - 2 years experience in a reporting role Completed at least 2 years in college Experience in similar role may be required in specific programs with varying years of experience Advance knowledge & usage of MS Excel/Advanced Excel, PowerBI/VBA/Programming and Macros (working with large data sets) Experience of using Genesys tool Good Communication skills Flexible for 24x7 shift timings Open for Split week offs if required Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills. Proven experience analyzing, interpreting and summarizing complex data as it relates to call center technologies
