Skills Required

Proven experience of 5 to 7 years as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Prior experience in Human Resources is preferred.Readiness to take up HR activities like Onboarding, ELC, audit related and HR OPS activities as needed

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:Utilize advanced Excel functions for in-depth data analysis.Maintain and update existing reports with a focus on accuracy and relevance.Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights.

•            Tracker and Report Creation:

Develop new trackers and reports based on organizational needs.Collaborate with departments to understand reporting requirements.

•            Data Management:

Ensure data integrity and security through effective data management practices.Regularly audit and clean datasets to maintain high-quality data.

•            Collaboration with HR:

Work closely with HR for the analysis and reporting of HR-related data.Assist in developing HR metrics and key performance indicators.

•            Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement in data management and reporting.Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
