SUMMARY OF DUTIES

Join our dynamic team as an IT Support Specialist / System Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our technology runs smoothly and efficiently. This position involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing AV equipment, overseeing workplace management tasks, and providing broad support to our team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the day-to-day operations are running smoothly.Support our key customers within Maastricht, Venlo and the EMEA sales teams.Independently be able to diagnose, analyse, and solve hardware and software issues and demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills.Automating software deployment through scripted installs.Provide fast, effective support to end-users and provide training on office IT systems.Maintain active directory/M365 users and groups.Manage cloud-based telephone/voice mail application.Setting up the workplace including installation of laptops, desktops, printers, computer hardware and software.Routes EMEA Operations requests/incidents to the appropriate group/Engineer within Service Now.Responsible for the maintenance of the IT related documentation and procedures.Operating, monitoring, maintenance, and support of the IT infrastructure consisting of Cisco and Aruba.Manage AV equipment and support AV-related tasks, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio-visual systems for meetings, presentations, and events.Performs other related duties and tasks as required.

 
SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Educational experience equivalent to an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with two years' work experience or five years’ work related experience.M365 cloud and Microsoft server experience and knowledge.Cisco switches experience and knowledge preferredThorough knowledge and understanding of computer software and hardware.Demonstrated computer skills: spreadsheets, word processing and other applicable software programs.English speaking/writing/reading language skill required.One or more of the following language skills preferred: French/Italian/Dutch/German.Call Centre support experience preferred.
