Mission Control Associate
Our Client, an AV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Mission Control Associate for their Las Vegas, NV location. Responsibilities: + Mission Control at Client is responsible for ensuring each trip requested by a rider is successful. + Mission Control is similar to air traffic control but for our fleet of autonomous vehicles. + Working behind the scenes to ensure trips are running smoothly and safely from our service operations command center. + Responsible for looking at service operations both holistically and at the individual vehicle level to identify ways to maximize safety and service efficiency, including real-time management of fleet and crew allocation. In addition, Mission Controllers monitor particular areas within the vehicle’s operational design domain and put restrictions in place if certain areas should be temporarily avoided (e.g. civic events, sigalerts, or emergency scenes). + Have a front row seat to the operational complexities of realizing autonomous mobility and the chance to contribute to the future. + Support commercial service operations from our service operations command center + Ensure all operational teams are ready for service by completing pre-mission startup checklists + Work cross-functionally to ensure the operation in your market is running smoothly + Be the first stop for basic vehicle troubleshooting + Create and escalate service disruption events via an internal ticketing system + Dispatch Fleet Response crews in the event a vehicle needs to be recovered and coordinate with other cross functional teams for updates + Manage market configuration, like setting restricted areas and hours of operation + Assist with documentation and process improvement Requirements: + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Proactive mindset and resourcefulness + Computer literacy proficiency + Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Why Should You Apply? + Health Benefits + Referral Program + Excellent growth and advancement opportunities As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA provides an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or express, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability status, political affiliation, genetics, marital status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
