In this role, you’ll engage directly with government leadership and key stakeholders, providing vital technical support to streamline operational objectives. Specific roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Validating, documenting, and manage stakeholder expectations and mission requirements Creating reports and briefings describing the operation/program capabilities and roadmaps to understand high-level vision Working in partnership with multiple resources within the Sponsor Supporting documentation review and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders in support of unique missions Supporting milestone reviews and operation/program readiness Tracking requirements Assisting government managers with processes to implement strategic plans Qualifications Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering, business management, or related field (BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2), or relevant experience Demonstrated experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission goals Demonstrated experience with translating operational requirements into technical specifications Experience work in partnership with multiple resources within the Sponsor Strong verbal and writing communication skills Experience using MS Office suite of products, Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.), and SharePoint Demonstrated experience supporting senior/executive level leadership EEO Statement EEO Arcfield proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
