Leidos is looking for an Agile Mission Owner/Project Manager to join our team responsible for the integration, operations, and sustainment of various operational and in-development systems.
The Mission Owner will work with our customers, other contractor Product Owners, internal teams and agile teams to support the mission The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate will be accountable for prioritizing, planning, organizing, training, assessing, and managing resources to ensure that projects are executed within scope and time constraints. While part of a team environment, the Mission Owner will also work individually and may assist other team members on moderately complex projects, tasks, or assignments.
This position will manage multiple systems end to end. This starts with configuration documentation through validation of execution of different efforts from a separate systems team. A successful candidate will have experience with Agile methodologies and the various tools necessary to run agile teams, as well as the ability to participate in release planning events, daily scrums, and other technical discussions as needed. The effort will harness GOTS, COTS and Custom technologies to deliver advanced production and dissemination capabilities using desktop, web and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities:

Requires BS degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience; OR 4 years of experience in lieu of degreeMust possess an active Top Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain SCI post hireMust be a U.S. CitizenExcellent customer facing skills.Excellent researching, decision-making and organizational skills are required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Internal and external customer interfacing skills. Pay Range:Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
