The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an experienced Mission Partner Environments (MPE) / Operations Analysts for a multi-functional, dispersed team supporting the Interoperability and Certification Technical Services Division of the Network Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) Services Integration (NC4SI) Directorate, within HQDA, DCS G-6. NC4SI provides comprehensive planning, analytical, operational, policy, technical and management services at The Pentagon, Washington D.C. and Ft. Belvoir, VA.

Responsibilities:

As the MPE / Operations Analysts, you provide multi-functional SME support through individual contribution, support to the government leads, and coordination with relevant stakeholders. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide MPE advice and support to the HQDA staff, subordinate commands, and activities that support contingency operations including Army support of Geographic Combatant Commanders in all Theaters of Operation, the Army Requirements and Resourcing Board, Strategic Readiness Updates, Army Campaign Plan, and the Army Synchronization MeetingDevelop courses of action to address MPE capability needs, mitigate risks, and optimize MPE capability portfolioAssess and track Coalition information sharing activities, issues, risks, and action items in support of customer stakeholder forums (Integrated Planning Teams, Tiger Teams, Working Groups, etc.)Use data analytics tools and techniques to support work product developmentShall assist in developing Army interoperability certification policies, goals, and strategies, and shall provide guidance regarding the development of DoD and joint policies, directives, instructions, etc., that pertain to assessing interoperability and the Interim Certification to Operate process.Serve as the liaison and single point of contact among the Joint Staff, HQDA, the Army Program Executive Offices/Program Managers, Army Futures Command, and Training and Doctrine Command communities for the review, coordination, and Army approval of Information Support Plans, and shall coordinate with other stakeholders, as required.

Qualifications:

Required:

An active Top Secret ClearanceEducation – bachelor's degree from an accredited institutionExperience – 5+ years of relevant professional experienceArmy-specific experience and flexibility to perform at the General Officer levels of the Army

Desired:

Experience communicating at the executive level (GO/FO/SES)Excellent oral and written English communication skills to effectively interact with varying audiences and stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal skills and able to relate effectively with program employees, government/client representatives, and internal organizational functional representativesAble to work independently with minimal supervisionAble to discover relevant data, understand the context it is being used, and apply experience analysis to turn data into useful informationExperienced receiving initial project information, conducting research to better understand requirements, and achieving high quality results

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,300
