**Job Family** **:** Operational Effectiveness **Travel Required** **:** Up to 10% **Clearance Required** **:** Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph **What You Will Do** **:** + Work across organizational boundaries to create, amplify, and sustain momentum within complex mission programs and against highly complicated mission objectives + Leverage experience across defense and intelligence communities to navigate complex stakeholder networks and build consensus around mission program efforts + Utilize technical expertise and bespoke knowledge of risk profiles to integrate unique knowledge into current program efforts + Work with key mission partners to identify, assess, refine, and execute against a range of courses of action related to critical mission priorities **What You Will Need** **:** + An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph + Minimum TEN (10)+ years of experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community customers + Experience supporting highly sensitive mission programs + Experience navigating complex stakeholder networks, opposing organizations, and uniquely complicated authorities **What Would Be Nice To Have** **:** + A Master's degree in a national security-adjacent field with mission application + Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity with minimal oversight and/or top cover + Ability to build coalitions and sustain program momentum through setbacks and challenges **What We Offer** **:** Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
