What You Will Do:
Work across organizational boundaries to create, amplify, and sustain momentum within complex mission programs and against highly complicated mission objectives
Leverage experience across defense and intelligence communities to navigate complex stakeholder networks and build consensus around mission program efforts
Utilize technical expertise and bespoke knowledge of risk profiles to integrate unique knowledge into current program efforts
Work with key mission partners to identify, assess, refine, and execute against a range of courses of action related to critical mission priorities
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
Minimum EIGHT (8)+ years of strategy or mission support experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community customers
Experience supporting highly sensitive mission programs
Experience navigating complex stakeholder networks, opposing organizations, and uniquely complicated authorities
What Would Be Nice To Have:
A Master's degree in a national security-adjacent field with mission application
Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity with minimal oversight and/or top cover
Ability to build coalitions and sustain program momentum through setbacks and challenges
