Job purpose:
Establishing the connection with Trade Marketing & CBP for resolution of cross-functional short term supply related issues & the local BU business waste agenda.
Alignstock allocation policies with the business and operates AATP.
Analyzes Business Waste Report and triggers action of disposal or offering to Customers & Traders by sales.
Key responsibilities:
•Owns service risk identification and mitigation with sales and trade marketing.Supply constraintresolution predominantly driven by Market Supply Planner & BU Planning Manager.•Reason coding of service losses & lack of stock availability.•Monitor & action finished good waste liquidation. •Facilitate Xmas's preparation plan.•Aligns stock allocation policies with Trade Marketing to ensure reservations & prioritizations are automatically processed. •Performs business rule changes in the day to day running of AATP and steers order & stock allocation specialist with business direction. •Feedback to Market DemandManager on (major) risks & opportunities.•Drive periodically & per demand Business Rules logic & set itin AATP (if process is out of AATP , then make sureabout proper SAP setting )including Customer prioritization list in AATP by defining it together with Trade marketing & sales.•Coordination of significant crisis– Product availability, Quality issues, microbiological issues, etc.•Analyzes Business Waste Report and triggers action of disposal or offering to Customers & Traders by sales.• Monitors AATP related KPIs and defines needed interventions.•AATP (technology) business rules setting. •Make sure advanced stock management process is compliance with guardrails.•Take part into AATP community.•Make sure that allOOS reason code in place being provided by market supply planners / relevant function.•Review & override (ifnecessary) back in stock date.•Coordinate communication about significant OOS risk.•Coordinate Businesswasteagenda with traders.KPI:

2-5 years of experience in supply planning (especially within short term supply planning).Knowledge of SAP will be beneficial, however it is not essential.Analytical skills - good excel and power Bi knowledge.Knowledge of English at least on B2 level.If you are interested in this job opportunity, do not hesitate to apply.
