Audacy Washington's WPGC-FM station is looking for an experienced Part Time Mix Show DJ to join our team.  Is that YOU!!

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

Provide daily live mix shows for various shows on WPGC FMFollow and execute station guidelines and music programming protocols during live and recorded mix showsPre-tape mixes for weekends and holidaysAttend mix show meetings in person or via zoom as scheduledProvide on-site mixes for station events and appearancesProtect our FCC license Qualifications

Required & Preferred:

Minimum High School diplomaPossess a broad knowledge of artists, groups and music titles within in urban music genreLive the lifestyle of the WPGC FM listenerSkilled in content curationSocial media savvy   A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.   Additional Information

The anticipated starting salary range for Washington D.C. based individuals expressing interest in this position is $17.50 - $25.00 per hour.

 

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
