Job Purpose and Impact

The Mixer II will combine ingredients and operate equipment and technology to mix product batches using both hand measured or premeasured ingredients and defined specifications, occasionally making basic adjustments with occasional guidance. In this role, you will maximize throughput and produce quality product while following all food safety and regulatory polices.

Principal Accountabilities 

Transport ground product from grinding area to stuffer machine once qualified as a PIT driverEnsure correct loading of product onto trays, and availability of trays at tray-loaderTransport and dump reworkMust also inspect product periodically to ensure specifications are metBox and/or stack product if automated system is not operating

Required Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderAbility to read/write/speak EnglishAbility to meet medical requirements similar to those of obtaining a driver’s license
