Pay: $15/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll be hands-on with our soup production process—mixing, weighing, and preparing ingredients to create high-quality batches. Your role will include:
Weighing and prepping ingredients according to recipes
Operating the mixing machine and ensuring batches are made correctly
Staging, sealing, and labeling ingredients for processing
Cleaning and maintaining mixing/weighing areas and equipment
Transporting materials using a forklift or pallet jack (we’ll train you if needed!)
Performing general maintenance and assisting in packing when necessary
What We’re Looking For:Previous manufacturing experience required (food processing experience is a plus!)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow batch instructions
Team player with a great work ethic!
