Amentum is actively seeking a MK 92 FCS Field Engineer for International Fleet Support under the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) PMS 326 Follow-On Technical Support (FOTS) contract. **The work location will be at the Egyptian Naval Base in the port of Alexandria, Egypt.** This position includes a competitive benefits package. **Essential responsibilities and daily duties include:** + Provide hands-on subject matter expertise for the MK 92 FCS on Oliver Hazard Perry Class Guided Missile Frigates of the Egyptian Navy. + Participate as a member of the Amentum Technical Assistance Team (TAT) in close coordination with the TAT Manager. + Collaborate with the Amentum In-Country Team, FFG Combat Systems Port Engineer, and the Egyptian Navy to provide timely and efficient technical support for FFG vessels. + Collaborate with the shipyard planning office and the designated electronics planner to facilitate FMC workload planning activities. + Serve as a technical advisor/consultant for FFG FCS planning and workload execution support efforts. + Conduct hands-on training for the maintenance, operation, and repair of the MK 92 FCS. + Provide subject matter expertise for radar operation, theory, and repair, as well as Missile and Gun System interface with the MK 92 FCS. + Provide hands-on skills to support analytical troubleshooting and repair of MK 92 FCS equipment by the Amentum TAT. + Provide timely and comprehensive inputs for the Monthly Status Report. **Minimum Requirements** + Possess High School Diploma or GED. + 6 years of experience with operation, maintenance, and repair of the MK 92 FCS and related weapons and sensor systems. + Possess knowledge of electronic cooling systems and microwave theory and operation. + Excellent communication and analytical skills; Working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs. + Ability to work independently and in a team environment. + Must have good communication and problem-solving skills. + Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience supporting the MK 92 FCS on Oliver Hazard Perry Class Guided Missile Frigates of the Egyptian Navy.
