Additional Information:This is a 40-hour/week, overtime-eligible position. This position is approved as a term appointment with an end date of 12/31/2025. There is a possibility of renewal. This is a hybrid position which we consider to be a combination of remote and onsite work at our Boston, MA based campus. HBS expects all staff to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per week and departments provide onsite coverage Monday – Friday. MBA Outreach: Collaborate with the Outreach team to execute strategies and activities that engage and attract a diverse and robust applicant pool for the MBA Program. + Segment Coordination: Provide logistical and administrative support for outreach targeting a specific applicant segment, including event coordination, digital marketing, and content creation. + General Event Support: Assist in the execution of general outreach programs, ensuring smooth logistics and alignment with admissions goals. + Digital Marketing and Content Creation: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to implement campaigns, develop strategies, and create tailored content for various audiences. + Performance Tracking & Reporting: Gather and analyze data to evaluate the success of events and other initiatives, offering insights and recommendations for future improvements. + Event Representation: Represent HBS MBA Admissions at virtual and in-person events (primarily domestic) to engage with prospective applicants.
