This role will be based in Mountain View, California.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
In this role, you will be a core member of LinkedIn’s CORE AI team and will partner closely with other verticals in Data and AI organization and other Product teams. You’ll be driving data curation and annotation efforts across LinkedIn. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming how we evaluate our most cutting-edge AI based products. You will oversee the development and improvement of the processes and platforms that support these activities.
Success in this role hinges on building strong partnerships. You’ll work closely with teams across the company, ensuring their data requirements are met swiftly and effectively. Your vision, leadership, and strategic mindset will be critical as we push the boundaries of what’s possible.
Responsibilities:
• Support the design and implementation of scalable workflows for annotation projects.
• Provide technical support for the annotation pipelines, ensuring seamless handoffs and deliverables.
• Collaborate with partners and data annotators processes and enhance data quality.
• Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of annotation guidelines and tools.
• Analyze annotated data for patterns and insights that inform AI model development.
Basic Qualifications:
• B.S./B.A. Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years professional experience in an engineering or technical team, managing technical programs/projects
• 5+ years of experience in managing large projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience running scripts and using annotation tools or related software.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in annotation, data operations, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python) and data storage systems.
• Experience in overseeing or contributing to large-scale data annotation projects.
• Proactive and curious mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience working in cross-functional teams, particularly in AI or tech environments.
• Ability to learn technical concepts and tools quickly.

The pay range for this role is $134,000 to $221,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
