We are hiring L3 Data Associates for our data team. This role focuses on language data and customer facing experimental projects.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:

- Work with team managers, operations managers, and project leads to prioritize and manage workload
- Provide support for data collection and project execution
- Support stakeholder communications and management with internal support functions as well as customer teams
- Manage/support escalation on predefined tasks
- Dive deep into issues and implement solutions independently
- Highlight issues to stakeholders as required
- Work across global team(s) and operations organizations to enable associates to take right action for internal customer and drive business metrics
- Identify operational inefficiencies can be removed and existing procedures/SOPs to be enhanced via process creation or improvement
