Job Description

Junior Operations and Customer Service Specialist with English

Location: Warsaw

Main responsibilities:

Adding and modifying Elavon customer data in internal systems;

Checking potential customer’s contracts;

Taking care of the Fulfillment department mailbox – replying to incoming queries, distribution of the incoming emails/documents.

Documents processing in electronic form;

Analysis of documentation and system data;

Preparing reports and statistics,

Cooperation with other Elavon branches in Europe.


Requirements:

Good knowledge of English;

Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 8 hours daily

Good knowledge of MS Office;

Good self-organization and ability to prioritize tasks

Precision and self-reliance in every day duties;

Being a strong team player;

Prior experience in office work will be an asset.
