MMB Digital Solutions Specialist @DARWIN

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Solutions team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB).  This role will be based in Cluj Napoca.

This role will support our Digital Solutions growth strategy, focusing on our Darwin solution. MMB’s Darwin is our leading benefits administration software.

The Darwin platform is a core component of MMB’s broader consulting and digital solutions, seamlessly integrating with other third-party HR digital tools, reducing administration, and boosting business insights. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the MMB Digital Solutions Marketing agenda forward.

We will count on you to:

Support the development of targeted marketing and sales enablement collateral, as well as competitive sales messages for the Darwin solution.Develop and execute Darwin (nurture) campaigns with tailored contentFocus on product/solution marketing to increase middle and bottom-of-the-funnel content centered on Darwin.Assist in managing third-party channels for lead generation.Support the management of the lead flow process and the marketing-to-sales handover.Manage digital content, with a preference for experience in content creation (e.g., blogs, infographics, and emails).Enhance the presentation of our digital solutions across websites to improve customer experience and increase conversion ratesCollaborate closely with MMBM's Digital Content and Events resources.Support client advocacy by collating and creating case studies and award submissions.Create compelling social media content for Darwin promotion and activate social media campaigns across Mercer, Marsh, and MMC channels.Oversee media planning and execution across digital channels.Implement, track, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and channel performance.Support on the creation and distribution of client marketing communications, including quarterly newsletters and Darwin roadmap updates.Manage competitor intelligence and maintain the marketing tracking platform.Provide team reporting and measurement of marketing effectiveness.

What you need to have: 

Affinity with technology and an understanding of the benefits technology landscape is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and RomanianMarketing experience is preferred.Ability to manage the dynamic environment of a rapidly growing business, with strong capabilities in planning and managing short- and long-term projects.Excellent writing skills, with high attention to detail in both content and presentation impactThe ability to apply brand guidelines effectively.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate persuasively with our management team, clients, partners, and prospects.High comfort level in reporting and analysis.Well-developed business acumen and professional skills to help make informed decisions for our business.Strong internal drive and determination to thrive in a changing, fluid organization.A commercial outlook and understanding of client and channel needs.
