- Lead team member by servant leadership mindset

- Have weekly Y&Q BE Odd team meeting

- Have monthly 1:1 with team member

- Courching team member

- Communicate with PE partners (TSE, GQ, TE, CQE, and MMJ PE)

- Assign tasks to team member, and create/close JIRA for each task

Team Responsibilities and Tasks:

 - Responsible for sustaining product BE test flow

 - Responsible for NPI product BE test flow enablement

 - Yield improvement for ELC

 - QMON/RMA/Qual fail analysis

 - Improve BE Test efficiency

 - help judge for SBL, EXCR, Disposition, QAWR

 - Request ATE TSE for BE test update

 - Review TTR proposal from TSE

 - Research and Development for more efficiency on each task
