Mobile Building Engineer
Our client, a leading facility management organization, is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile Building Engineer, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Mobile Building Engineer **Location:** Tacoma, WA **What's the Job?** + Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for various facilities. + Travel between multiple locations to ensure proper functioning of facility systems. + Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance and inventory control. + Conduct periodic checks of tool and instrument inventory and monitor maintenance work performed by outside contractors. + Comply with all safety procedures and propose methods to eliminate safety hazards. **What's Needed?** + High School Diploma or Equivalent. + 2-4 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. + Ability to analyze the operation of various Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems. + EPA 608 Type II Certification. + Valid driver's license. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic environment across multiple facilities. + Gain experience in a variety of technical areas and systems. + Work with a supportive team that values safety and excellence. + Potential for flexible working hours. + Company vehicle and tools provided for job-related travel.
