Must have own car and a valid Drivers licence for this role.

We are looking for an experienced cleaner to work on a range of sites on the DWP contract on a range of Job Centre's  around the Poole / Weymouth , Dorset area although on occasion greater travel might be necessary. 

You will be responsible for all quality, health, safety and environment requirements of the areas that you cover, whilst making sure the facility is maintained up the high standards of Mitie.  

Your main duties will include help maintaining a designated area allocated to you, ensuring all areas and equipment are cleaned, maintained and in a safe, working order and reporting any issues to your line manager. 

Experience working with cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals is desirable

Requirements:

Own vehicle with valid business insurance essential. Willingness to travel to various locations as required.

 Responsibilities:  Ability to perform  duties to a high standard tasks including, but not limited to. Vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing offices and public areas. Cleaning toilets and restrooms. Maintaining a tidy and hygienic environment in all areas.

Additional Information: Training will be provided to ensure all cleaning standards are met. A strong standard of numeracy and literacy skills and an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office is also be required for the role, as well as competency using IT equipment.
