Learning & Development Management:

Oversee the function training and development for Marketing and Other Sales teams. Collaborate with PBP to conduct Training Needs Analysis and deploy functional training plans. Keep track and monitor training cost-effectiveness and provide quarterly updates to PBP and stakeholders.

Training Logistics:

Organize logistics for in-house and external training sessions, including venue arrangements, catering, and participant management.

 

Follow up on training quotations and contracts to ensure timely execution.

Training Materials Preparation:

Prepare and maintain all training materials and resources related to L&D operations.

Collaboration with External Training Providers:

Search and choose reliable external training services to conduct/faciliate L&D training program.

 

 

 

Onboarding Process:

Lead the onboarding e-learning process and communicate effectively with new joiners to ensure a smooth implementation.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Handle online approvals, e-claims, and purchase orders related to L&D activities to ensure efficient operations. Evaluate the effectiveness and success of learning and development activities.
