Description • Setup, manage, maintain, and decommission mobile devices including Apple iPhones and iPads. • Utilize Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, and Lansweeper for Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), and asset management. • Activate, manage, and deactivate phone and data service plans • Integrate devices with 3rd party applications for sign-out and provisioning. • Work with software teams to configure mobile access to our Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
