We're seeking a skilled and motivated candidate to handle software installation, configuration, and provide essential technical support. This role also involves setting up mobile devices for field technicians, coordinating mobile technology using Meraki, and managing user access, assets, and IT procurement. **Responsibilities:** As a member of our team, you will engage in essential core responsibilities (listed below) that contribute to our operations. As the company grows, workflows and duties may change, requiring you to be adaptable and flexible. You may also be assigned additional tasks to support our ongoing objectives and initiatives. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience in mobile device support, installation, and troubleshooting (preferred). + Familiarity with Meraki, Intune or other mobile device management solutions (preferred). + Excellent communication, customer service and training skills. + Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. + Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. **Requirements:** + High School Diploma. + Driver's License. + Right to work in the USA. + Some Travel within the US, approximately 25% of time, as projects arise.
