Mobile Experience Business Analyst

Position Summary

1. Analyze external and internal business environment along with current business status to strategically identify critical issues and develop responsive strategies to set the course of action.
2. Aggregate monthly performances of each year and month and analyze the gap between the actual and the target to share the results with the sales team and set their new targets.
3. Contribute to the strategic business decision making by deriving insight from the market and consumer data on the main issues of the brand, product and channel.
4. Contribute to mid-term and long-term business opportunity identification by understanding the consumer needs and trend from market and consumer data gathering

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Analysis of business environment] Support to sense risks preemptively by researching and analyzing industry, technology, consumer trends and economic and political environment changes and support analyzing how these factors will impact our company.

2. [Setting business goals] Manage setting up short, mid- to long-term goals that the company (organization) wants to achieve.

3. [Performance evaluation] Support to measure and evaluate whether the goal is achieved based on objective evaluation indices. Help to suggest the right direction to organizations and employees in order to improve performances and support to establish an efficient strategy to achieve the business goals efficiently.

4. [Internal business competitiveness analysis] Review various factors like benchmarking activation among sub-organizations, performance and weakness comparison, inefficiency, and decreased competitiveness and support to make measures which can bring out improvement.

5. [Market and competitor analysis] Constantly identify market and customer issues and trends, a competitor's development, sales, manufacturing issues and trends, changes in industry trend, new technologies. Review how much impact these factors have on our company and support to develop a measure to address these issues.

6. [Business insight derivation from secondary data analysis] Analyze the key business issues and insights derived from secondary data sources such as Euromonitor, GFK, IDC and etc. [Setting research direction] Assist in the process of understanding the research direction and methodology for getting a clear picture of the customer and market needs.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of related experience in sales / market analysis preferably from similar electronics or fast moving consumer goods organizationsStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret data from market research and industry trends.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to present findings and recommendations effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, to create presentations and reports.Experience working with data management / visualization toolsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development. Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities and developing strategies based on insights.
