Job Title: Mobile Fabric Technician

Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic tradespeople to join our team as Mobile Fabric Technicians. In this role, you will perform various building fabric activities, including patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating, while ensuring high safety standards. The position requires travel across over 300 locations in the South West of England & Wales, with occasional overnight stays. Ideal candidates will have a background in facilities or mobile maintenance or a similar sector, and hold a Level 2/3 City and Guilds qualification.
Responsibilities:
Perform building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating. Adhere to high levels of health and safety and statutory requirements. Conduct regular monitoring and inspection procedures for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance program. Answer queries, report defects, and keep the client informed of site activities during service visits.
Requirements:
Full current driving licence. IT literacy for record keeping. Good customer service skills. Physical ability to carry out the duties detailed in the job description. Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required, covering over 300 locations across the North of England. Self-motivation and solutions-focused mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction sector, or similar. Qualification to Level 2/3 City and Guilds.
