From HVAC and plumbing to electrical and safety systems, your expertise will keep our facilities operating efficiently and up to standard. If you're a problem solver who enjoys hands-on work and taking ownership of facility maintenance, this is the role for you! **What You'll Do** + Perform maintenance and repairs on **Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Life Safety** systems. + Travel between **multiple facilities** , ensuring optimal performance. + Conduct **preventative maintenance** to avoid costly downtime. + Inspect, calibrate, and replace parts to maintain **HVAC systems at peak efficiency** . + Monitor and record **equipment readings** , making necessary adjustments. + Ensure the **safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials** . + Oversee **outside contractors** for quality and cost-effectiveness. + Identify and address **safety hazards** to maintain a secure work environment. **What You Bring** **Required:** + High School Diploma or Equivalent. + **5-7 years of experience** in commercial facility maintenance. + Proficiency in troubleshooting **mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems** . + **EPA 608 Type II Certification** . + Strong computer skills (Word & Excel). + **Valid Driver’s License** for travel between facilities. **Preferred:** + **EPA 608 Universal Certification** . + **Trades schooling** in electrical system design, refrigeration, or HVAC. **Why Join Us?** At **PDS Tech Commercial** , we don’t just offer jobs—we offer careers where you can grow, learn, and take pride in your work.
