Be responsible appointed person for the Gas on the NEC group Contract. **Key Responsibilities** + Complete reactive repairs on gas appliances on site and associated plant + Overseeing Annual maintenance of Gas Network across the group + Annual auditing of Gas maintenance of all site venues on contract + Ensure all gas certification is up to date + Assist on other jobs within skill set around site as needed + Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted at all times. + Ensure that professional and technical skills are maintained through a commitment to personal development and life-long-learning. **Skills and Experience** 1. CCN1, CEN1, COCN1, CCCN1, CIGA1, CDGA, CIGA, COMCAT 2. 5-10 Years Experience in a similar Role 3. Experience on working on large commercial boilers 4. Experience on work on Direct fired AHU’s 5. Experience on commercial catering gas a bonus 6. Ability to communicate at all levels 7. Organised and disciplined approach to work giving careful attention to detail 8. Computer literate – Word, Excel **Accountabilities** 1. Accountable to the Contract Manager 2. The post holder does not have any directly reporting staff 3.
