The Mobile Auto Glass Technician position plays a key role in providing automotive glass repairs and is a great starting point to a rewarding career at Belle Tire! What You'll Do * Travel to customer location to perform auto glass installation and repairs * Inspect vehicles and determine appropriate repairs or replacements needed * Safely remove and replace windshields, side windows, rear windows, and other auto glass * Effectively communicate with customers, addressing any concerns or questions * Safely drive mobile glass van equipped with tools and glass required to perform auto glass repairs/replacement * Ensure glass van and all equipment and tools are well-maintained and safe * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area * Perform other duties as assigned by your manager What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications: * 18 years old * Valid Driver's License * Five (5) years of auto glass repair/replacement experience on all types of vehicles * Must purchase a basic auto glass tool kit from Belle Tire * Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand for long periods, bend and lift up to 75 pounds Work Environment This position is an on-the-road driving position. It involves physical demands including sitting for extended periods while driving as well as loading and unloading auto glass and lifting heavy items.
