We’re looking for a qualified_ **Mobile Health Nurse Practitioner** _like you to join our Texas Health family._ **Work location:** Will require travel across DFW Metroplex (different service area each day), however, will be based out of Texas Health Fort Worth **Work hours:** Full-time. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and one Saturday per month **Community Health Department Highlights** · Prevention and early detection programs bringing quality healthcare to underserved populations throughout North Texas · Helping people through wellness checks and chronic disease management · Positively impacting patient quality of life · Gain a sense of accomplishment by contributing in a team environment **Here’s What You Need** **Education** Bachelor's Degree Graduate of an accredited nursing program **REQUIRED** or Master's Degree Graduate of a nurse practitioner program **REQUIRED** **Experience** 2 Years Experience as a nurse practitioner in primary care **REQUIRED** **Licenses and Certifications** RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire **REQUIRED** and APRN - Advanced Practice Nurse Upon Hire **REQUIRED** and NP - Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire **REQUIRED** and BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Upon Hire **REQUIRED** and ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days preferred **Skills** Possesses positive interpersonal skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates exceptional phone, text, and email etiquette skills, ensuring professional and courteous communication with patients, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Effectively utilizes appropriate tone, language, and communication style in maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills, including proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation, to ensure clear and concise communication. Customer service-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
