**Mobile Health Nurse Practitioner**

**Work location:** Will require travel across DFW Metroplex (different service area each day), however, will be based out of Texas Health Fort Worth
**Work hours:** Full-time. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and one Saturday per month

**Here’s What You Need**
**Education**
Bachelor's Degree Graduate of an accredited nursing program **REQUIRED** or
Master's Degree Graduate of a nurse practitioner program **REQUIRED**
**Experience**
2 Years Experience as a nurse practitioner in primary care **REQUIRED**
**Licenses and Certifications**
RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire **REQUIRED** and
APRN - Advanced Practice Nurse Upon Hire **REQUIRED** and
NP - Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire **REQUIRED** and
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Upon Hire **REQUIRED** and
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days preferred

Understanding of evidence-based practice, public health practices, and health and safety standards. Familiarity with administrative software for healthcare systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates exceptional phone, text, and email etiquette skills, ensuring professional and courteous communication with patients, colleagues, and external stakeholders. Effectively utilizes appropriate tone, language, and communication style in maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills, including proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation, to ensure clear and concise communication. Customer service-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
Flexibility to work weekends and after normal business hours when necessary
