The MPSR Team Lead represnts the face of Mako to patiens and clients who use Mako Medical as part of their health routine for insight into life defining health decisions. The MPSR TL must have a deep understanding and knowledge of established practices and procedures and create an atmosphere of trust and confidence to our patients, customers,clients and internal leadership. The MPSR TL must ensure that the daily work of Mobile Patient Services Representatives is completed accurately and on time. The MPSR TL is also responsible for providing the Supervisor or with Patient, Client, Field, Compliance, Training, Metrics and Administrative support as needed in the Mobile Patient Services Department. The MPSR TL must function as the backup to the Mobile Patient Services Supervisor and carry out duties and responsibilities in his/her absence or as applicable.
