Mobile Service Insights and Analytics

Job Description Responsible for the development of mobile service solutions, network strategy and delivery of actionable insights to address business requirements, continuous customer & service experience improvements and support both key business and mobile service related BAU and ad-hoc activities. The position serves as the mobile service partner of business to the network team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Interface for Service Management, Analytics & Insights

Lead in development of network plans and enhance implementation of mobile strategies to establish an efficient network to address business needs

Ensure business requirements are captured and scoped in the annual budget

Regular updates to business on different key initiatives.

Influence Mobile Service Guidelines to Planning and Engineering

Assist in fine tuning of service guidelines thru assessment of network element or area level KQI performance, threshold analysis and correlation studies.

Collaborate with different NTG domains to ensure that plans meet business needs.

Ensure that technical teams clearly understand the business objectives and constraints.

Co-lead in Mobile Service and Network Big Plays

Continuous service improvement programs & initiatives such as Make Every Cell Count (MECC)

Strategic framework and prioritization of network builds, expansion, optimization and/or solutioning

Customer Experience and Survey Technical Analytics

Analytics & correlation of service issues, network incidents/problems based on complaints/sentiments,NPS and CEI.

Monitoring, analysis and action plans for improvement of the VOC/NPS results and customers with poor CEI.

Provide insights to stakeholders such as customer behavior, trends and patterns to improve experience and maximize business opportunities.

Mobile Service Insights

Lead in delivery of ad-hoc mobile service/network related studies as endorsed by biz domains or as key ask from MAPE teams.

Support MAPE task force through actionable insights (data analytics) on focus concerns such as 5G, VoLTE.

Deliver quarterly refresh of area (town) level competitive insights/profiling to support biz and NTG BAU strategy (i.e. quadrant analysis)

Support CMB in marketing BAUs via network claims assessment.
